Refund Policy
Due to the nature of certain items such as Swim Wear/Lingerie/Costumes returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please contact us with a description of the damage. A full refund excluding postage will be issued or you may choose to have a replacement sent on return of the faulty goods. Please note Shirls Lingerie & Wedding Supplies is not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery or for damage occuring from incorrect use such as over-tightening a bustier.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that some of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items upon receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color.Jewelry are not returnable, unless defective.

Please refer to the size chart below before you purchase an item.
All manufacturers use a different size chart and each manufacturer has a different measurement for each size. If you are unsure – we suggest that you purchase the bigger size.
Please make 100% sure that the size you order corresponds to your particular sizes on THIS chart. You might normally be a different size than the one you are on the chart below.
In line with Australian health and safely standards, we are not able to accept returns on Lingerie, Swim Wear, Costumes that has been fitted on at home, so please be certain before you buy.
